At Landmark Christian School, we are dedicated to fostering the holistic development of each student– spiritually, socially, and academically. Our College Counseling Department is committed to supporting students and families to embrace their unique path in line with God’s call on their lives. Beginning in ninth grade, students will benefit from comprehensive programming such as academic advising meetings, college representative visits, application workshops, and grade-level specific year-round presentations.
Our focus is not just on academic achievement, but on nurturing the overall growth of each student. We are purposeful with our guidance, recognizing that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach. Instead, we aim to assist students with unveiling their unique callings and to grow as individuals prepared to tackle the season of life following high school graduation. We consider this process a partnership between the College Counselors, students, and parents. To accomplish this, we meet with each student and their family between junior and senior year to ensure we are capturing the whole picture, pulling in all necessary information to best advise. We are focused on supporting students to make well-informed decisions that will lay the foundation for a fulfilling future to impact the world for Jesus Christ.
