Landmark Christian School’s Theatre is proud to present The Giver as its 2026 Fall One Act! From the award-winning dystopian novel by Lois Lowry comes a gripping play about the power of love, art, and diversity. Follow 12 year-old Jonas’ journey as he befriends the mysterious Giver, the elder at the heart of all of his community’s secrets. As the Giver passes down his memories, Jonas’ gray world begins to burst with color! But when the dark truth at the heart of his community comes to light, Jonas must decide the best path forward for himself, his family, and all of his friends. Join us at the Movie Matinee where our talented filmmakers present the films that they have been working on since August. The Movie Matinee will be screening in the Black Box Theatre on Saturday, May 9, at 2:00 p.m. Free admission.
