Athletics
Basketball Camp - June 2-6 - Grades 3-8 - $200
Time: 8:30am - 3:00pm Monday - Thu, 8:30am - Noon Friday
This camp is for boys and girls who want to improve their skills and knowledge of the game. Camp will include games, skills, and contests. Students need to bring a water bottle, a snack, and a sack lunch.

Girls Basketball Camp - June 9, 23, July 7, 14, 21, 28 - Grades 5-8 - $30
Time: 5:30-7, Monday evenings
Fun and fundamentals basketball camp for rising 5th - 8th grade girls. Bring a refillable water bottle. Girls are encouraged, but not required, to be at all sessions

War Eagle Soccer Camp - June 9-13 - Grades 1-6 - $150
Time: 8:00am - Noon
War Eagle soccer camp is for both beginners and more experienced players. It will be a great introduction to fundamentals and understanding of the game for our beginners, while also designed to engage and challenge our more experienced players as well. Campers must bring: Cleats, tennis shoes, shin guards, water bottle, and snack.

Wrestling Camp - June 9-13 - Grades 2-5 - $150
We will be wrestling and playing games daily. Please bring athletic wear, tennis shoes, wrestling shoes (if already owned), a water bottle, and a great attitude.

All Sports - Full Day - June 16-20 - Grades 2-6 - $200
Time: 8:00am - 3:00pm (No camp on June 19th - Holiday)
Student will participate in their favorite sports and P.E. games in a fun and safe environment. All full day campers will need to bring a sack lunch. Students will need tennis shoes, athletic clothes, a water bottle, and a snack. Some morning activities will be outside before it gets too hot so please do not wear brand new expensive tennis shoes.

Football Camp - June 23-26 - Grades 2-8 - $150
Time: 8:00am - 3:00pm Mon - Thu
Come learn from the War Eagle Football coaches and varsity players! Bring lunch, sun screen, water/thermos, snacks and cleats and wear light clothing (shorts and tees), along with a great attitude and work ethic!

Volleyball Camp - July 14-17 - Grades 3-8 - $125
Time: 8:00am - Noon
Campers need to bring water bottles and a snack bag. Knee Pads are recommended but not required!

Just B Girls - Jewelry Design Camp - Week 1 - June 9-13 - Grades 3-8 - $150
Time: 8:00am - Noon (4th - 8th grade)
Just B Girls is an organization created to empower girls to embrace their femininity while training them to become young ladies who are confident and understand their worth. We use the art of jewelry design as a means to cultivate values as well as entrepreneurship and leadership skills. We hold firmly to the scripture Proverbs 31:10 "...for her price is far above rubies." This summer our theme will be "Created by Design". Girls will learn the basics of jewelry design and complete 4-5 jewelry design projects each session, Including basic beading, finishing and knotting. Girls can dress comfortably and will need to bring a snack. All tools and beads will be supplied.

Lego Design Challenge - June 9-13 - Grades 4-7 - $150
Time: 12:30pm - 4:30pm
Join us for an action-packed week of innovation, teamwork, and imaginative building! This camp is designed for LEGO enthusiasts who love to design, build, and create using their imagination and problem-solving skills. Activities: Daily Design Challenges: Each day brings new challenges! From building towering structures to designing innovative vehicles, get ready to put your creativity to the test. Team Building Projects: Work in teams to tackle larger-than-life projects. Learn the power of collaboration and communication while constructing amazing LEGO creations. Master Builder Workshops: Unleash your inner master builder! Theme Days: Explore different themes each day, from space exploration to medieval kingdoms. Dive into historical eras or futuristic worlds through LEGO creations. Show and Tell: Showcase your creations and share your design process with fellow campers. Aspiring Artists - June 16-20 - Grades 4-6 - $160
Time: 12:30pm - 3:30pm (No Camp on June 19th - School is closed)
Advanced techniques for budding artists. Instruction in painting, drawing, and mixed media. Maximum 15 students. Students may bring a water bottle and a snack.

Academic Bridge Camp - June 23-27 - Grades 1-3 - $180
Time: 8:00am -1pm
Your student will get a review of reading, writing, and math. We will dive into a review session filled with fun and learning. Students need to bring a water bottle and snack labeled.

Camp Invention - June 23-27 - Grades 1-6

Students need to wear comfortable clothes, we will go outside for recess and breaks. Students will bring their own sack lunches and water bottles.
STEM 1: From Mars to Molecules - June 23-27 - Grades 6-9 - $175
Time: 8am till Noon
Come investigate and learn about the different fields of science through a NGSS designed week of hands-on challenges and fun. Your child will embark on a curious case of a mysterious viral outbreak and become an epidemiologist who uses cutting edge biotechnology to solve the case. They will investigate the anatomy of prosthetics and then soar to the stars through the chemistry of light and explore the vastness of our solar system. Sprinkled with fun team building games, activities, and laughter, this week is sure to create lasting memories. Come join us and experience the breadth and excitement of scientific exploration and inquiry. Students should bring water and a snack. All other supplies will be provided.

Elementary Dance Camp - July 7-11 Grades K5-5 - $125
Time: 8:30-Noon
Whether you are interested in trying dance for the first time or looking to further develop your technical skills, our Landmark School of Dance summer intensive is the place for you! Join us as we dive into ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, and choreography. Students will need a water bottle and dance/athletic attire the details of which will be sent to those that register. The rising K5- rising 6th camp will be from 8:30-12:00 and the rising 7th through rising 12th camp will be from 12:30-4:00. Lunch will not be provided at either camp.

Level 1 Evolving Strong(H)er Wellness Camp for Girls: Foundations - July 7-11 - Grades 3-6 - $175
Time: 8:00am - Noon
Foundations of holistic fitness - fitness for the mind, body, and spirit (journaling, exercise, nutrition, prayer) Why our body is a temple and what God requires of us (honoring God with our bodies). Worth and Wellness - The Value of our temples and the importance of wellness Socialism vs Kingdom - What the world says vs what God says Movement- Dance fitness, and kid focused exercise.

STEM 2: Engineering Earth - July 7-11 - Grades 6-9 - $175
Time: 8am till Noon
Come investigate and learn about sustainable STEAM through a NGSS designed week of hands-on challenges and fun. Your child will explore sustainability and the world around them. They will design and harness the power of hydraulic robotic arms by building a solution to an environmental challenge of epic proportions. The physics of moving and crossing different types of terrain will be explored as students learn and carry out investigations about the microscopic microbial communities that maintain the balance of life. Sprinkled with fun team building games, activities, and laughter this week is sure to create lasting memories. Evolving Strong(H)er Wellness Camp for Girls: Level 2: Deepening Holistic Health
1. Mind-Body Connection:
- Explore deeper journaling techniques, including gratitude journaling.
- Introduce mindfulness exercises and yoga for mental clarity and relaxation.
2. Nourishing Our Temple:
- Learn about nutrition in more detail, focusing on food groups and balanced meals.
- Discuss how healthy eating honors and respects our bodies as gifts from God.
3. Self-Worth and Purpose:
- Activities centered around identifying personal talents and strengths.
- Lessons on self-affirmation and understanding worth beyond appearance.
4. Truth and Choices:
- Explore how to discern facts from opinions in media and society.
- Discussions on how choices reflect values and teachings within the Kingdom of God.
5. Creative Fitness:
- Participate in varied fitness activities like obstacle courses and circuit training.
- Learn basic strength training exercises to improve overall fitness and health.

Summer Sewing 1 - July 14-18 - Grades 7-8 - $275
Time: 8am till Noon
Interested in learning to sew? This camp teaches older kids to sew and/or prepare for the Sewing & Design 1 class, offered to Landmark 7th & 8th graders. Students are introduced to the Landmark Sewing & Design 1 curriculum. Learn foundational skills like how to use the machine, iron, seam allowance, seam finish, hem, and make several projects that will contribute towards earned credit in the class whenever the student takes the class at LCS. Potential projects could include a decorative banner, a patch, a pillow case, a crossbody bag, maybe more! Open to any kid interested, regardless of experience. Campers should dress comfortably, and bring a snack.

Summer Sewing 2 - July 14-18 - Grades 8-12 - $300
Time: 12:30-4:30
Experienced sewing campers will make a lounge set: Robe, shorts, tank top, pillow case (ruffles optional) with optional bonnet and/or sleep mask. Camp project will include the patterns, fabrics, and materials to complete the lounge set items. This camp is ONLY for Landmark students that I have taught before. Sewing & Design 1 or Fashion 1 required.

Luminescence Summer Vocal Clinic - July 19 - Grades 7-8 - $50
Time: 8:00am - Noon
The clinic will be held at the school on Saturday, July 19th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with lunch and ice cream following. During the clinic, students will work on vocal technique, have some fun team-bonding activities, and be introduced to some new music for the next school year.
