Trilith LIVE Venue Rules and Guidelines

Clear Bag Policy (The following bag types are allowed):

  • Clear bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
  • Single-compartment clutches up to 5” x 8” x 2” (these will be checked upon entry)
  • Diaper bags and medical bags (subject to inspection)


Backpacks, luggage, and clear bags over the size limit are not permitted.

Trilith LIVE does not permit the following items into the theater:

  • Weapons (guns, knives, pepper spray/mace, brass knuckles, sharp objects, etc.)
  • Backpacks or clear bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” / Clutches larger than 5” x 8” x 2”
  • Hard-sided bags/luggage
  • Outside food or beverage
  • Glass containers of any type
  • Illegal substances/paraphernalia
  • Noisemaking devices – air horns, whistles, electric noise makers, speakers
  • Strollers, skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades, scooters, or bicycles
  • Cameras with interchangeable or detached lenses, or fixed lenses larger than 3 inches. No flash/professional photography or videography allowed
  • Drones
  • Tripods, monopods, or selfie sticks
  • Laser pointers, flashlights, or selfie lights
  • Fireworks or flares
  • Signs, flags, banners, or posters larger than or 8.5” x 11” (standard piece of paper)
  • Laptops/tablets
  • Frisbees, beach balls, inflatables, or any projectile
  • Face paint, helmets, or masks. Costume pieces cannot conceal identity and are subject to security screening
  • Large/golf umbrellas
  • Clothing or garments that display explicit or derogatory characteristics
  • Balloons and/or confetti

 

Guest Code of Conduct:

Trilith LIVE is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines:

  • Guests will be considerate and respectful to everyone in Trilith LIVE, including fellow guests, performers, or venue personnel.
  • Management reserves the right to deny entry into the venue and/or refuse service to guests displaying visible signs of impairment/intoxication.
  • Guests who engage in disruptive behavior (including foul/abusive language or obscene gestures), fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter the stage or backstage areas will be immediately ejected from the venue without refund or reimbursement.
  • Guests will not smoke or use vaporizers while inside the venue. Trilith LIVE is a drug free campus and non-smoking facility.
  • Guests will not throw any objects on the stage or inside the seating bowl.
  • Guests will not sit in a location other than their ticketed seat. Guests must possess a valid ticket and/or credential at all times and provide upon request.
  • Guests shall not stand on seats or any other building structure.
  • Guests will not display signs of affection, inappropriate in a public setting.
  • Guests shall not block the aisles.
  • Guests will comply with all requests from venue staff regarding Trilith LIVE’s theater operations and emergency & safety procedures.

 

Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, or experience team member. Guests who choose not to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection from Trilith LIVE without refund, and in some cases, criminal prosecution. Venue management reserves the right to approve, adjust, or enforce any policy at their discretion.
